The Embassy Suites Hotel Mexico City - Reforma has invested in state of the art exercise equipment from Life Fitness, including treadmills, cross trainers, recumbent bikes, a 3-stack multi-gym, pectoral fly/rear deltoid, adjustable bench, ab crunch bench, a vertical knee raise/chin/dip and weights. Speed it up or take it at a lighter pace, you can exercise any time at your convenience in our gym, located with a view of the pool. |

Our oasis pool is located at Basement level and offers a chance to get in a relaxing swim any time of day. If you are a morning person, a couple of laps before another hectic day will do the trick. Or take the stress away with a swim after the work is over and just before dinner. Our poolside Jacuzzi is another relaxing part of our haven. After the swim, relax in one of our lounge chairs and read a good book or catch up on the day's news. |

As an international hotel, airport transfers are important and we want our guests to feel taken care of from the moment they arrive to their departure. The hotel does not provide free shuttle service from and to Mexico City International Airport; however, we will be pleased to arrange airport transfers for you with a private car and driver, or by taxi from the hotel. |

The Concierge desk is also the place to get advice about Mexico City’s best places to dine. They can set up city tours or a day trip to the pyramids of Teotihuacan, or reserve tickets for you to the Ballet Folklorico at the nearby Bellas Artes Theater, with performances on Wednesdays and Sundays only. Plan before you arrive or consult them when you are at the hotel. Our Gift Shop stocks sundries and toiletries, candies, snacks and beverages as well as books and magazines. It offers a selection of fine cigars, including Cuban. Souvenirs are also available for some last minute shopping before departure, such as clothes and silver jewelry. Open from 7am to 10pm weekdays, 8am to 5pm weekends. |

| While we offer daily laundry and dry cleaning services, we have also provided for guests who would prefer to do their own. Our self service washing machine and dryer is lcoated next to the Pool area. Take a swim or make time for the Gym while getting the laundry done. |
