"Embassy suites on Paseo de la Reforma in Mexico City lived up to its high expectations! My husband, myself and our two year old loved the chic amenities, comfy beds, spacious rooms, and huge bathtub! We were given room 1404 which had a sweeping view of the whole city and looked right down onto the main strip. The lights of Mexico City at night were astonishing! We ordered room service from the hotel menu and we delighted with our choices. The food and service were superb. Breakfast was served in a fabolous well lit space near the check in area. Eggs were made to order, french toast, pancakes, breads, cereals, fresh juices and much much more were offered as well. We had a great time at the embassy suites and can't wait to come back next time we visit Mexico City. "

"I'm completely satisfied ... especially with the service provided by Housekeeping Staff. I have travelled a lot and this time, (going to Mexico City) my clothes got damaged by a bottle of body lotion that for one reason or another stained my suits' jackets. I arrived around 2 pm and by taking my clothes out of the luggage, I realized the big mess I had. I called Housekeeping and Mr. Rivera took care of my situation. "Here are a few of the reasons we found this hotel to be a tranquil oasis in an otherwise hectic city. First off, the staff was always eager to assist us with directions, questions, etc. and most spoke English very well. The services at the hotel were also exceptional. For example, if you frequent ES hotels, you are no stranger to the free breakfast buffet. However, this hotel goes all out. Made-to-order waffles and omelets were served with a smile and filled us up before we began our days of sightseeing. The manager’s reception every evening also had snacks and cocktails well beyond what we’ve found in US ES hotels".

"The hotel facilities are chic, clean, and well-maintained. Our room was very spacious with Zen-like accents which created a calming ambiance. Although the pool and gym were located in the basement with no natural light, these areas were also clean and well-maintained and provided a place to relax after a long day in the sun. The hotel’s location on La Reforma at Columbus Circle is hard to beat. It provides easy access to the shopping and eating plaza at 222 Reforma and the Metro station was about a 10 minute walk away (Hidalgo station)".

Last but not least, the most important thing for me: the quality of sleep. The hotel has a protective sound sheild around it to damper the noise from La Reforma. It does it's job very well. The combination of that and a comfy bed equal a good night's rest.

"The hotel was very clean and centrally located. The hotel staff was very friendly and the concierge was very good. We decided to change the tour company at the last minute and the concierge searched for another and we had no problems at all. The room was great, spacious and clean, and they have complimentary bottled water. Hotel also includes a breakfast buffet which was very good. We had dinner at the Argentinian restaurant at the Hotel and were very satisfied as well".
