“The staff of the Embassy Suites in Mexico City is one of the best service staff I have ever seen. I travel frequently for both work and pleasure. I enjoyed my stay very much. I had a few unusual request for the concierge and she went out of her way to be of help. This type of service is why I will be back and have told others to visit you hotel. Thank you again.”

“It was by far the best service we have experienced as a family anywhere in the world. We had a great time & looked forward to getting out of the lift each morning to be greeted by such genuinely friendly faces. Our waiter during Manager's Reception was fantastic & really went out of his way for us.

The guys on the door were always there with a helping hand & good suggestions for us. We had a great bike ride on Sunday thanks to them.

Often in hotels there are one or two friendly faces that stand out amongst the staff, the staff at Embassy Suites were ALL friendly, fun & made our stay all the better. Please make sure they all know what a good job they're doing.”
