"I traveled with a colleague and stayed at Embassy Suites Mexico City for the last 4 nights.  It was our first business trip to Mexico City.  I am a Hilton Diamond club member and have stayed in many Hilton Hotels and Embassy Suites around the US and to some extent the world. My colleague and I were truly impressed by the hotel. The facility is quite nice, the rooms very comfortable and the quality of the food (breakfast, evening reception and Evita Restaurant) were all very good. The exercise facility is also very nice and kept quite clean and comfortable. From check-in to check-out we were made to feel important and special. I had many interactions with the concierge team, the gentlemen at the front of the hotel getting taxi’s and the front desk team. Each was very impressive. A real sense of service to the guest is shown. I want to especially mention a young woman at the front desk named Anahid. She was very warm, professional and courteous when we first arrived.  Then, throughout our stay, if I passed by to ask the concierge a question, she greeted me warmly using my name and greeted my colleague as well with her name. When I asked for change from larger currency to smaller she also was helpful, used my name and seemed to genuinely be happy to help me. Your concierge team as well did an amazing job at using our names and remembering things (for example the restaurant they made reservations for us at the night before).  We do plan to travel to Mexico City at least a few times each year and we are very happy to have found a place that will be our home in your city.  I congratulate Embassy Suites Mexico and thank you for a very pleasant stay. We will definitely visit you again and look forward to enjoying your facility again."
